Each day you will choose two healthy habits that will replace two unhealthy habits. You can pick new healthy habits each day or you can implement the same ones for the entire week. For those of you doing The Parsley Diet for multiple weeks, you can do two healthy habits this week, and then add one additional healthy habit each week. Eventually you will have replaced multiple old, unhealthy habits with wonderful new healthy habits that will help you succeed in your physical body or weight loss goals and improve your overall health and well-being.

The habits we are focusing on involve your diet as well as physical movement, so they are about food and exercise. Healthy Habits (choose 2 daily)

  • Drink the juice of half a lemon in a glass of water each morning for a daily detox
  • Eat an extra serving of fruit/vegetables
  • Take a probiotic for improved gut health
  • Meditate for 5 minutes to lower stress levels
  • Exercise for 20 minutes: run, walk, lift weights, swim, yoga, etc to burn more calories
  • Prep healthy meals for tomorrow so you make good choices
  • Have a serving of lean protein with each meal
  • Keep a food journal

  • No processed sugar
  • No alcohol
  • Limit screen time (phone, TV, video games, etc)
